All orders are shipped out 3-5 business days after order is placed and shipping times can vary. If you need the shipping to be guaranteed by a certain date, please contact us to make arrangements before you place your order.
Pre-Order items have a 3-4 weeks or more processing time before shipment.
Due to the organic, small batch way we create each product, returns and refunds are not available. We are always available to help locate your orders & we do provide tracking for each order.
